At Crayon talk, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return Email us at info@crayontalk.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions and the return address within 2 business days.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once unsealed or worn:
- Sports bras and intimate-style items
- Gift cards
Exchanges We're unable to process direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning your item for a refund or store credit, then placing a new order. Store credit never expires.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
Damaged or Incorrect Items Received something damaged or not what you ordered? Contact us at info@crayontalk.com within 7 days of delivery — we'll make it right.
International Returns International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs or import fees. Please allow extra handling time for international returns.
