At Crayon talk, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Sports bras and intimate/underwear-style items
- Final sale or marked-down items
- Gift cards
Exchanges & Store Credit We offer size exchanges (subject to availability) and store credit for future purchases as our primary options, to keep international shipping sustainable.
Refunds Refunds may be issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
International Returns International returns may require additional handling time. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or import fees incurred.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or find a solution.
