At Crayon talk, we ship directly from our partner fulfillment centers in Asia to customers around the world. Our main shipping destinations include the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, and other selected European countries.

Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100 USD, applicable to all destinations worldwide.

Standard Shipping Rates For orders under $100 USD, shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages Crayon talk is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully delivered.
