At Crayon talk, we ship directly from our partner fulfillment centers in Asia to customers around the world. Our main shipping destinations include the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, and other selected European countries.
Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100 USD, applicable to all destinations worldwide.
Standard Shipping Rates For orders under $100 USD, shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after shipment, depending on the carrier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Crayon Talk is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages Crayon Talk is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, or if you believe there's an issue with a delivered package, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

International Orders & Customs
For orders shipped outside the United States, please note that import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may be assessed upon delivery by your local customs authority. These charges are determined by your country's regulations and are the sole responsibility of the recipient — they are not included in the product price or shipping fee charged at checkout.
Crayon talk is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If a package is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid duties, return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.
