Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use may not be eligible for return.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product protection reasons, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sports bras and intimate/underwear-style items
  • Final sale or marked-down items (if applicable)
  • Gift cards (if introduced in the future)

 

Exchanges & Store Credit (Recommended Option)

To keep things smooth and sustainable for international shipping, we primarily offer:

  • Size exchanges (subject to availability)
  • Store credit for future purchases

We do our best to help you find the right fit the second time around.

 

Refunds

Refunds may be offered in eligible cases after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method when approved

 

International Returns

As we ship globally from our fulfillment partners, international returns require additional handling time.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs or import-related fees associated with returning the item.
